Shipping and Returns
- Your product(s) will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days of your purchase. This time is referred to as shipment preparation. The exception to this time frame is during shop vacations which are posted on the Home Page.
- Some items, such as t-shirts, have a processing time prior to shipping. The processing time is noted on the item's page.
- The time it will take to get item(s) to you will be the processing time (as applicable) + shipment preparation + shipping time.
- The shipping time will vary due to location. Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will be notified via email and/or text (based on the communication preference selected) once your item(s) have shipped and provided with a tracking number to monitor the progress of the delivery.
- Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds will not be provided for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
